Breathwork

Sometimes, healing happens without words.

Maybe you’ve been in talk therapy before. Maybe you’re doing great work in talk therapy right now. But something still feels stuck.

We experience anxiety, grief, and the effects of trauma in our physical bodies. I offer Breathwork for my own therapy clients, as an adjunctive practice for people referred by other therapists, and as a stand-alone offering for people interested in managing their own healing. This is a drug-free alternative to psychedelic-assisted therapy.

Breathwork sessions can take place in-person in my office or online. Using a gentle, two-part breath technique accompanied by curated music, the thinking mind is effectively released, allowing the release of long-held tensions and emotions. Active breath is followed by a period of integrative rest and then deep relaxation. Most people report feeling rested and peaceful after Breathwork sessions.

I work with people 18 years and older and I’m LGBTQ+ affirming, for sure.
