Sometimes, healing happens without words.

Maybe you’ve been in talk therapy before. Maybe you’re doing great work in talk therapy right now. But something still feels stuck.

There’s a growing body of research that indicates that certain styles of prolonged, rhythmic breathing can help us access different states of consciousness, greater self awareness, and increased heart rate variability. This last piece is an indicator of the resilience of our nervous systems and how efficiently we can recover from stressful or triggering situations.

I have been certified by notable breathwork facilitator David Elliott to offer individual, group, and couples breathwork sessions. These can take place in-person in my office or online.

I work with people 18 years and older and I’m LGBTQ+ affirming, for sure.
